Return Policy

We adore our Fabulous customers and your satisfaction is very important to us!  We will gladly accept your returned items within 5 days from date of shipping.

Returned items MUST be in same condition and in original packaging.  We are unable to accept returns without the original packaging.

All custom orders (personal orders made to order per customers request of designs, pictures, themes, etc... as defined under custom)

 

Money will only be refundable AFTER product(s) inspection upon returning per return policy steps.  If product is not in any violations stated above money will be refunded via payment method and a customary email will be sent.  If product(s) are in violation of our return policy, customer will be notified via email stating information on said violation and a refund will NOT be issued.

 

Please note that if you send product(s) back, you will only be refunded for the product(s) not the tax or shipping.

If there is an issue with custom product(s) itself such as Custom Picture fade upon receipt of item(s), please contact Allthingsfabulous11@yahoo.com right away so we may obtain information and possibly a replacement item (shipping will not be included with replacements).
